Smooth top surface of foundation wall to no greater variation than 1/4" and brush off loose debris. 2. Unroll FoamSealR on top surface of foundation wall or fasten to bottom of sill plate on tilt-up wall sections. 3. Butt all end and perpendicular joints tightly. 4. Pierce FoamSealR at anchor bolt locations. 5. Set and anchor sill plate to foundation wall. Caution: FoamSealR is polyethylene foam.
